However, a change in the purchasing behaviour of the citizen who is increasingly demanding and selective. Trust in the pharmacy no longer depends only on satisfaction with the service rendered, but also on the skills communicated by the pharmacistfactors that influence future purchasing intentions. It is therefore crucial to develop, in addition to 'institutional' trust, the relationship of trust known asknowledge-based".
For these reasons, both owners and employees are now required to invest in the future of their profession by acquiring more and more specialised knowledge, following the trend of the more innovative pharmacies that tend to have specialised personnel per product category treaty.
The l'Oculista Italiano per il Farmacista' projectalready anticipated with last year's issue of the "PHARMACY Special to all Italian pharmacies, aims to support pharmacists in the increasingly specialised dispensing of ophthalmic advice and treatment through the sharing of factsheets containing some information on the most common eye problems, combined with specific advice to serve as a point of reference for the citizen-patient.
The project will take place in two phases:
1. Adhesion of the pharmacist to the project through registration on the site http://www.oculistaitaliano.it/ by filling in the appropriate form. Registration involves filling in a questionnaire containing qualitative-quantitative personal and professional pharmacy data.
2. The registered pharmacist will be able to download the sheets that will be published during 2019.
